Boiler Repairs: £60.00 (+Vat) this includes the frist hour.
  If other work is needed then a written quote
  will be supplied with no hidden cost or extra
  charges to incur.

Boiler Service: £80.00 (+Vat)

Installing and connecting a gas cooker or hob: £90.00 (+Vat)

Landlord Certificates: £90.00 (two appliances +Vat)

Plumbing Repairs: £60.00 (+Vat) this includes the frist hour.

Most minor plumbing repairs are normally completed within 1hour i.e. Tap washers,ballvalves, bathroom leaks,toilet and kitchen leaks.

Power Flushing: £450.00 (+Vat) 6 radiators.
